Richardson Recruit began with a straightforward goal: to offer a recruitment service where people feel respected, understood and well looked after. After more than a decade working in large corporate agencies, Director Tiffany Richardson wanted to create something smaller, more personal and closer to the sectors she knows best.
Today, we support businesses and professionals across Social Housing, Property Services, Facilities Management, New Build, Construction and Civils. Clients come to us because we take the time to understand their challenges, and Candidates trust us to give honest advice and genuine guidance — not just put them forward for anything.

Having worked for Cooperate Agencies for over 10 years, I aim to bring knowledge and industry experience to the table along with my charm and charisma. I’ve built some really great working relationships with Candidates and Clients, lots of Candidates who are now current Clients. Celebrating their success throughout the years is what I really love about this role along with a passion for the industry and sectors I have been fortunate to work in. I have also helped Friends secure new permanent opportunities which have led to huge pay increases! One of which is celebrating their 9th year with their current Employer!
